Talk to a human.
One address reaches us for everything: support@whichbot.net. A human reads every message, and we respond to all of them.
Corrections — our favorite email
The robotics market moves weekly, and we would rather be corrected than confidently wrong. If you spot an outdated price, a spec that changed, an availability status that's stale, or a claim that doesn't hold up — tell us. Include the page URL and the source for the correct information if you have one. We fix errors promptly and note material corrections on the affected page.
Questions about buying a robot
We can't give individual purchasing advice (see our terms), but if our FAQ, guides, and match quiz didn't answer your question, ask it — genuinely useful reader questions regularly become new FAQ entries and guide sections that help everyone.
Tips and reader stories
Living with a home robot? Deployed one on a job site or building? First-hand experience is the rarest data in this industry, and we read every account. We never publish anything you send without asking first.
Manufacturers and PR
We welcome spec sheets, pricing updates, deployment data, and review-unit conversations. Two things to know before writing: coverage, scores, and verdicts cannot be purchased or influenced — our methodology is public — and deployment evidence will always outweigh demo footage in how we evaluate claims.
Privacy, legal, and rights requests
Data-rights requests under our privacy policy and notices under our terms go to the same address, marked accordingly. We respond to rights requests within 30 days.
